Every day, 10,000 Americans turn 65. In Maryland, that’s 75,000 people annually.By 2030, nearly 20% of the state’s population will be over 65. This demographicshift is not just a statistic — it’s a call to action.
Chesapeake Health Partners was formed in response to this urgent need.Spearheaded by Hospice of the Chesapeake and joined by Partners In CareMaryland, Inc., this partnership brings together decades of experience inhospice, volunteerism, and aging-in-place services, with a shared commitmentto reaching and supporting Marylanders.
